Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened supplements, personal-care items, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.

To start a return, email support@getideasllc.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, follow the instructions we send. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options & delivery estimates

  • Free Shipping (Orders $30.00 and up): 7–15 business days — Free
  • Priority Shipping (Process My Order First): 5–8 business days — $3.99
  • Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00–$29.99): 7–15 business days — $3.00

Notes

  • Delivery windows above are estimates from the shipment date. Processing time (1–2 business days) is in addition to the delivery window.
  • Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout. Expedited or alternate carriers may be offered for an additional fee.
  • International destinations: Delivery times and shipping rates vary by country and are displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that link to monitor delivery. If tracking shows an exception or your package is lost, contact support@getideasllc.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Major delays will be communicated and we’ll help troubleshoot.
  • Incorrect address: Please enter your shipping address carefully. If you provided the wrong address, contact us immediately — we may be able to reroute the shipment, but additional fees may apply.
  • Refused or returned shipments: If a package is refused and returned, we’ll contact you. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply; refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
