Shipping Policy — Get Ideas

Order processing

• We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment clears (not including weekends or holidays).
• Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please double‑check your address before completing your order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery estimates vary by carrier, service level, and destination. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Carrier delays (weather, customs, high volume) are outside our control.

Subscription orders

• Subscription orders ship automatically on the frequency you select at checkout.
• Renewals are processed shortly after the billing date listed in your account.
• It’s your responsibility to keep subscription details (shipping address, billing info) up to date. We are not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to outdated subscription information.

Incorrect addresses & returned shipments

• If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable for returns caused by address errors.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

• Once a carrier marks a package “delivered,” Get Ideas is not responsible for items lost or stolen from the delivery location.
• If tracking shows your package in transit or delayed, contact the carrier first. If you need help, contact our support team and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the shipping packaging.
• We will review and provide next steps (replacement, refund, or claim with the carrier).

Health & safety notice

• For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements in most cases. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details and exceptions.
