Thank you for shopping with Get Ideas. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- Get Ideas is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, and carrier delays beyond our control.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Subscription Orders
For subscription purchases:
- Subscription orders ship automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.
- Renewal orders are processed and shipped shortly after the billing date.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage subscription details, including shipping address changes, prior to the next billing cycle.
- Get Ideas is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to failure to update subscription information in advance.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Get Ideas is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. Our support team is available to assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
Health & Safety Notice
Due to health and safety regulations related to dietary supplements, once an order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or returned unless it meets the criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
